Who are XDP Express?
XDP Express was formed in 1995 and has since grown to become the largest independent parcel carrier in the UK. We've rapidly built a solid reputation for reliabilty and quality of service. With a team of over 500 and a franchise network in excess of 60 depots nationwide, our reputation for customer focused logistics has grown from strength to strength. We operate a manual sortation system, which allows us to be more flexible in the freight that we carry and ensures that we have a much lower incidence of damage compared to those using automated belt systems. It also allows us to effectivley deal with a wider variety of freight.
The Sheffield Depot is based at Handsworth, close to Sheffield Parkway and the M1, and is perfectly situated to provide us with quick and easy access to the major road networks of South Yorkshire and the rest of the UK. And for those who like to keep track of their important consignments, our quick and efficient Track and Trace system provides all of our customers with up to date information on each and every parcel that has been despatched.
